Anyone know how many ports per ASIC on a 2232 FEX ? We have lost connection to some servers and they are on four consecurive ports (ports 5-8) which smells of an ASIC dying.

It should be eight per switching sub-system.

Thanks, thats very cool. So its not a duff ASIC. We have sent someone down to the DC (its remote to here) to swap out the cables now and start fault finding. I love the ASCII arrt diagram taht command produces
