Redundant Internet Connections

I have a 7206 with a 2 DS3's each to a differnt provider. I currently have Policy-route maps and class maps directing and controlling traffice on each line. However, if one line should go down I would like traffic to automatically go out the other line. I want to try and avoid using BGP. What alternatives, if any, do I have?

If IP source addresses of packets are

set you cannot pass through the ISP1

with the source of ISP2 (assuming that the

ISP's has assigned IP addresses to your company).

If you are NOT using unique source addresses

for both providers there is NO solution.

Yes, There is a way you can do that. You need to set default route with a higher administrative distance point to ISP 2 . But make sure that your ISP 2 will advertise your bock of IP address. So that way you can have redundancy link if the IPS 1 go down. Hope it help
