Hi, here are some info from Cisco's Error Message Decoder tool:
1. %SYS-5-TABLEERR: [chars] table [chars] damaged: [chars].
An internal table entry has become corrupt.
Recommended Action: Copy the error message exactly as it appears on the console or in the system log, contact your Cisco technical support representative, and provide the representative with the gathered information.
Related documents: No specific documents apply to this error message.
Hope this helps.

It looks like an IOS bug. If the router doesn't experience other problems, you can safely ignore the message.
A good ideea is to upgrade the router to the latest IOS image on the CCO which can resolve the message appearing in the router logs.
