Virtual Machines - SAN replication to DR site, bring up OS in different net

We have an Equalogic SAN being replciated to our DR site via a MPLS connection. ON the SAN we have multiple virtual machines running. In case of DR, we want to bring up those machines at DR site, the problem is, that site is in a different subnet, when we bring up the Windows Servers, they have the prevous IP information defined in them...Anyone else ran into this? Looking for an automated solution as opposed to going to console and changing IPs/subnets/GWs...
