What does "PfxCt" mean in a BGP session?

A "sh ip bgp sum" gives a session in a "PfxCt" state. The session does not come up but stays in this state. What does this mean?

Idle (PfxCt) - for prefix count over limit

It means that you've probably configured a maximum number

of prefix and you've reached such maximum number.
