First you want to make sure you’re volume gets done Synchronizing. After your volume is done Synchronizing you can try a simple reboot. Next you want to make sure you're running latest firmware 1.5.0 (if not) please upgrade in increments so 1.1.0 – 1.2.0 – 1.3.0 – 1.4.0 – 1.5.0 I have seen customer run into less headache this way. (Please verify integrity of disc before upgrading) (Also make sure you have copy of any important data --- for upgrading best practices on any storage unit).
