Hello, I have a NSS 326 currently with 4 x 2TB HDD in a RAID 5 array, and recently purchased two more drives. I installed the one of the new HDD into tray 5 and slotted it into the NAS (NAS is/was running at the time). Going into Disk Management etc, it seems that the new drive is not recognised by the NSS 326.
I did the following on the NAS after the drive was installed:
Disk Management>RAID Management>Selected RAID 5>...from this point only Expand Capacity and Enable Bitmap are the only options available to me. Accorfding to the instructions, I should have Add Hard Drive as an option, but it is greyed out.
