NSS2000: Cannot browse to configuration interface

I can ping the ip address of the NSS2000 but I can't browse to the configuration page when I put the ip address in the browser.  The NAS is on the network device screen however I can not open it when I right click on the device.  Users cannot not connect ot the mapped drive for the NSS2000.  The SYS LED is solid red.  The LAN LED does show connectivity and activity when I reconnect a network cable.  How can I restore access to the unit?

NSS2000: Cannot browse to configuration interface

padgett,

Since the system status light is red, this sounds like a hardware failure of your unit. Most likely either you'll need a replacement unit or try and the boot recovery. You could also factory reset the unit and attempt a reconfigure. Overall this sounds like a chassis failure and a replacement is needed.
