NSS3000 - Disk support

Hi,

I want to buy a NSS3000, but have a question. In the specs I see that it supports 4 disks with a maximum of 4TB, but you should use disks from the supported disk list. In this list I see that it supports WD disks of 2TB. So my question is : can I install 4 disks of 2TB (to get 8TB), or is there a technical reason this doesn't work ?

I would say that it appears to support the 2TB drives if you have a look at their Approved List: http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/storage/nass/csbcdp/nss/avl/reference/guide/NAS_AVL_1834201.pdf

I just received mine and I'm using 4 x 2 TB drives in it.  I also have the Promise NS4600 which is pretty much the same and it too has 4 x 2TB drives.
