3825/VWIC 2MFT T-1/Do not see serial interface

I recently installed my 4th VWIC 2MFT T-1dual T-1 card into a 3825. When I installed the card it would not show up when I entered "show inventory". After a re-boot, I can now see the card when I enter "show inventory" but I cannot see any new interfaces. I have connected 2 hot T-1s and I'm getting green lights on the card. What do I need to do in order to configure the interfaces on this card? I currently have 3 other functioning dual T-1 cards with a total of 6 T-1s on them. Are there too many T-1s for this model of router?
