Auto-attendat or ivr in srp521w

I have a router SRP521W I wonder if you can setup a self-attendat orivr to this device.

Hi,

This is not possible - if you have seen reference to "IVR" for this product, this relates to the feature that allows certain parameters to be configured from a connected handset.  This should not be confused with the IVR feature used in PBX systems.

Do  to make sure then nor can I configure a simple auto-attendant that has a  menu easy for example dial 1 for sales 2 shopping 3 to send a fax?

Hi,

That's correct - the SRP cannot be used to provide this kind of functionality.  IVR/Auto Attendant functionality would be provided by the call control platform that would typically provide connectivity services to the individual SRP voice ports.
