Hello all. Hopefully someone can help me.
I bought a RVS4000. If I follow the install directions, I am able to get internet access on my desktop. I can not, however, access the RVS4000. If I type in the address, I get the logon screen asking for the username and password. I use the default (admin for both) but it just goes back to asking for the username/password. I reset it to factory default settings but still this happens. I have used both xp and vista and both internet explorer and firefox. I get the some results with all of them. Does anyone know what I can do so that I can access the router?
I am sure I am leaving some important information out. If there is anything else that is needed, please let me know.
