I'd like to buy a Cisco RV215W-A-K9-NA to implement in a Small Company. It has 20 employees. All employees use WIFI to connect Internet. The company only can connect Internet through USB 3G y 4G because because It is far off city.

I need USB connectivity 3G - 4G and WIF ¿Could Cisco RV215W-A-K9-NA be a good alternative to buy or there are more equipment options?.

So the RV215W would work. The only thing you might want to have a slight bit of causion is having everyone using the wireless. For 5-8 people doing pretty basic network usage sure. But if you are expecting it to work as a wired connection then maybe something like a Meraki MR16 AP would be better. It all really depends on the usage and what you are expecting i guess.
