Cisco RV215W IPv6 and secondary VLAN(s) issue

I bought a Cisco RV215W Wireless Router and I set it up to use an IPv4 + IPv6 Dual Stack, WAN and LAN.  The WAN  interface gets an IPv6 address from DHCP.  If I put a computer on the Default VLAN, the computer gets a public IPv6 address and works correctly with it, but this is no longer the case when I move the computer on a secondary VLAN I create on the router.  I have this issue after either a clean factory setting cleanup + VLAN creation or after I make some changes to the IPv6 configuration (e.g. I enable DHCPv6 on the LAN, add DHCPv6 pool entries and enable the "managed" and "other" RA options).  Can you please shed some light on this issue?  Many thanks in advance for your time!
