Hi,I have two Public wan Ips one is 1.1.1.1/30 and other with 2.2.2.2/29,now i have nattted 1.1.1.1/29 for LAn segment,I want to use the other block 2.2.2.2/29 for video conferencing service without natting/patting ,the limitations is that i have one ISP media connected to my cisco 2911 router ,how can I manage both IPs(especially the 2.2.2.2/29 with their different gateways over a single Wan link(from ISP to the Router),without nating for video conference server.(video conference server needs to be assigned public ip from  block 2.2.2.2/29)

Use PBR and IP SLAPBR -Manage

Use PBR and IP SLA

PBR -Manage where the traffic goes and where you want it to go
IP SLA - Help manage links, if one goes down it marks it as down
