Hi,
I have a problem with DNS resolution, using a Mac and a RV082 router.
I'm using Google DNS, manually setting it up to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4
The simpton is that DNS resolution is slow or fails in Safari, Mac App Store, Firefox, etc. I once solved this by hard reseting the RV082 and getting to the page were it ask for a firmware and does not work until you upload the firmware.
I have done this same procedure but does not work anymore. Anyone is experiencing this too?
Thanks
Oliver

Hi oliversl1,
Thank you for posting. Please provide some further information:

We have also had an issue with the RV0xx and Mac computers that was temporarily fixed by a firmware downgrade. I think it was firmware version 1.3.12.19-tm that had issues with Macs.

Thanks, I think that solved the issue.
My info:
1. DSL, 4mbps full duplex
2. Windows PCs works fine, 2 Macs had the same problem
3. RV082 hardware version 2
4. with firmware 2.0.2, latest for that hardware version

The solution was to downgrade from 2.x firmware to version 1.3.98-tm
