Enterprise Service License

Gentlemen,

I don’t know where I can go to verify the coverage we have under support contract. with Cisco (SmartNet), is there any way to verify that? I have the Contract # but it doesn’t seem to be an option in Cisco to get full details in this regard.

Is there any additional process to get the Enterprise Services License?
