HowTo setup Cisco RV042 and selfhost-dynamic DNS-Service

hi,

i have a small buisiness router RV042 v3 with firmware v4.2.1.02.

Since long time i use DynDNS.org. I will change to selfthost.de

How can i setup my router for the selfhost-service? The router has only setings für dyndns.org and 3322.com.

Hello Stefan,

I guess you may be not able to do it. The router supports only two DNS services as you mentioned.

these is not good.

i hope cisco will implement these feature, because dyndns costs 25 dollars/ year.

selfhost an other services are free.
