Without knowing more about your network my assumption would be that a connection was made because someone from the computer at 192.168.2.2 did a google search. 184.108.40.206 is an address registered to a Google server. Why port 4982 was used is beyond me. The only thing that I can find that references the port is an IANA entry for Solar Data Log. Hope this Helps
