Hello.
We've recently bought and installed an RV082 router as our wireless network gateway. The network itself is small (around 150 clients at its peak moments) and some of them need to make video conferences with others that are outside this network - passing by the RV082 - via H.323 protocol.
Since we set this router as the gateway we can't estabilish a fully working H.323 connection. One of the sides will only see a black screen and receive no audio from the other at all.
We didn't have this problem before with smallest router (a home-use router from TP-Link).
The router's firewall was disabled for testing purposes (with no positive results regarding this question) but now it is enabled now and the following options are configured:
Firewall : Enabled
SPI (Stateful Packet Inspection) : Enabled
DoS (Denial of Service) : Enabled
Block WAN Request : Enabled
Remote Management : Disabled
HTTPS : Enabled
Multicast Passthrough : Enabled
Has some of you guys already suffered from this symptoms?
If so how did you get over this issue?
Regards.
