Hi,
I'm have a RV016 router running 3.0.0.19-tm firmware. I have enable PPTP server and is able to connect to the internal network with windows xp PPTP client.
The problem is that now i need to limit the PPTP client to be able to access to certain PC and not the whole network. I had set some rule but it seem to have no success, the PPTP client is still able to access to any PC in the RV016 LAN. Even now the PPTP passthrough is set to disable but still fail to block.
LAN subnet of the RV016 is 10.66.66.0/24, PPTP range is 10.66.66.195-10.66.66.205. The attachment is the access rule which i had set.
Can anyone help me with this? Or the access rule does not apply on PPTP traffic?

Hi Chun,
The firewall rules/ACL will not work for limiting PPTP access.
The RV0xx routers do not have a source interface for VPN connections.
Thanks!

Hi davbarre,
If you said RV016 access rule/acl does not apply to pptp but from the link >> https://supportforums.cisco.com/message/3139210, this user is able to use the rules to block the pptp client to access to internet which RV016 pptp server as gateway?
