port forward RV320

Hello,

I've recently buy the RV320 (remplacement of a netgear prosafe router VPN).
I'm trying to do a stupid port forwarding, i've open the port in the firewall, setup the correct port forwarding to my internal server, but when i'm checking that the port is correctly open from WAN i've message port closed (http://www.yougetsignal.com/tools/open-ports/)

What i am missing. It's the second day of this cisco RV and with the error 51 on mac for VPN client i'm already thinking to send back my cisco and go back for netgear or another router.

Thx for your help

Christophe

Hi Christophe,

You should be on version 1.1.1.06 to start.

Do you have the Port Address Translation rules entered in Setup>Port Address Translation?

As far as the error 51, check out this link and see if that helps.
