Problem with monitoring PPoE WAN connection on RV180 via SNMP

Hi,

I am trying to monitor via SNMP PPoE WAN connection on RV180.

I have two issues:

  1. When connection is disconnected (pressing disconnect button in the web interface), interface #11 disappears from SNMP.
  2. operStatus is down while connection is working

Does somebody have any ideas why it is happening? I have router of other vendor and this kind of behaviour does not happen there.

Firmware version 1.0.3.10

Your best bet would be to give us a call at 1-866-606-1866 and open a case so we can work on the issue a little more in depth than we could on the support forums.
