ProtectLink Web issues


I recently started using this service and I have a couple of issues with it:

1) Even the IP's that are in the 'approved clients' list can't connect to blocked sites such as,

2) I have a couple of websites in the 'approved URLs' added as 'keyword' entries (for example I added just XYZ if the domain is and it doesn't work. It loads perfectly but isn't loaded...

Web Reputation feature is disabled as I saw that some people reported that it messes up things (?)

I have a RV220W router.

ProtectLink Web issues

I would also like to add that if I set the HTTP ports to 80,443 it will block sites that are on the allowed URLs list. But if I leave it to port 80 only it will work...

Also, for example I have '' blocked as a keyword. When I try to access the firewall blocks it as intended but when I go to it just loads the page normally...

It makes sense to filter port 443 for https as well but why does activating that port filtering messes up with the allowed URLs list ?

Someone please help out as this is a frustrating problem.
