Recommendable Cisco Router instade of Verizon fios router?

I ordered Verizon fios business internet service recently instade of T1 service because T1's bandwidth is not enough to cover our whole network bandwidth.

but the problem is that Router comes with Verizon ( Actiontec MI424-WR ) ferquently down.

I think Actiontec router's cpu and memory is not enough to cover our whole network's need.

So, I am looking for Cisco Router can be replace for Actiontec router.

Can anyone recommand Cisco Router instade of Actiontec router comes from Verizon?
