Router not reachable

Our environment is connected with 2 MPLS and been communicated with one remote locations . The issue whenever one of our  MPLS is down , another link in our location also not able to reach from our local site vis core switch . But some how the remote site is able to ping our first  Router  and not second Router . As per Vendor report, BGP is showing up for past 5 week in our first Router, so there isn't any issue.

Kindly clarifiy me why iam not able to reach both the router . once any one of the link was down.
