Router RV130 WB setup

We just recently purchased a RV130 router.  HOWEVER we cannot get it to work and the available documentation is absolutely of ZERO use.

We have a broadband access made available by an ISP. Originally we had an Airport Extreme attached to the WAN. Everything work like a charm.

Now trying to put the RV130 in its place , just does not work.

At first it will detect a WAN connected. Then selecting the settings analogue to the Airport Extreme (dynamic IP Adress, DCHP, etc.) it will immediately state: NO CONNECTION TO INTERNET.

We reset the router. Nothing helps.

Any help will be appreciated.
