I have a new RV-042 at a new remote site. We have set up a site to site VPN with a Sonicwall device over an ADSL link.50Mb down /5Mb up.
All seemed okay, PC data passes and internal Voip seems to work with minimal setup. Speeds not great but is working.
We seem to have a problem of no audio passing when a call from the remote site tries to access our external lines which are hosted on th emain site, call connects so feel as though the link is not the issue. I have a seperate call with the voip support to check their end.
I had ruled out any problems with the RV - 042 as the intersite calls are passing over the VPN fine.
Is there anything I could be missing?
We have also now learned of an issue when the remote site view streaming services from our main site, which made me question the bandwidth and connection, but have no indication otherwise.
If anyone has any similar experiences it would be a great help.
