RV016 - Router inter vlan

Hello,

I have a RV016 router used as a gateway. In the network I have also 1 trendnet switch where all PC are connected.

I would like to create several VLAN to separate PC, printers... But I would like PC can access to printers, so, need to route packet from one vlan to another. I think I need a L3 switch for that.

Is it possible with my devices ?

Thank you

Yes its possible with RV016 device, you need to create different sub-nets for PC and Printer.

In RV016:

Setup----> Network-----> Lan settings----> Enable the Multiple subnet for Printer etc

Thank you Moorthy for your answer.

I enabled several subnet.

I would like to have one subnet 192.168.0.XXX for computer and one 192.168.1.XXX for printers.

How I can do ?

and I would like to use DHCP for all subnet, but I'm not sure this router is able to be that...

And about routing inter-vlan, if I want to authorize DNS traffic from VLAN1 to VLAN2 how to do ? I con't find where i can setup this feature...?

Thank you for your help.
