I have a RV042 and I want to tell it to allow certain IPs to use WAN1 and others to use WAN2.  How do I do this?

Use Access Rules to block the use of either of the two WANs for the specified IP range... That should work. Monitoring it would be a different story, but in theory...

Kim,

What you want to do is to set up protocol binding- you can specify inside address to use a given wan address. Under the system management tab - dual wan is enabled (load balancing) then down toward the bottom will be protocol binding section. If this is a version 3 router you will need to click on wan tabs and edit to configure protocol binding near the bottom of dual wan page.

Hope this helps,

Jasbryan

Can you elaborate for us on the reason binding is prefrred to "Deny" Access Rule for the range to a WAN port?
