RV042 Not Getting Full Bandwidth

I have a RV042 v.1.3.12.19-tm in the office and we upgraded our bandwidth to 80mbps, however it's only testing close to 20 at best. When I plug it in directly to modem and run the test we're getting close to 90mbps. I've even tested off during closing hours and still the same 10-20mbps. I read that the RV042 is capable of handling 80mbps and even on a busy day we don't use so much bandwidth.

Is there anything I should look at to adjust the bandwidth?

I have a new Cisco RV042G and having the same problem!

I with my OLD RV082  Date of Manufacter - 06/12 I have 90 Meg down 10 Meg up.

With my new RV042G - Firmware v4.2.2.08 (Apr 26 2013 19:12:26)  / PID VID : RV042G V01

I now receive down loads around 20 Meg.
