Are the RV042 and RV082 routers SIP AWARE?
I haven't had any luck finding documentation stating such.

RV042 and RV082 are not SIP aware.
If you have VoIP phones in the LAN of RV042 or RV082, you would need to use Port Forwarding to forward the SIP traffic.
