RV042G Password Expired - wont let me change it

Hello, I just tried to login to my router to update mailserver info (Postini is finally cutting me off on 11/01/14) and received "The old password has expired. Please change the password." message. However, it wont let me change it. I logged in 2 weeks ago - no issues or warnings of expiring passwords. What can I do? I need the current configs if I have to reset the router - where do I get those? Thanks, Ric
