RV082 does not reboot after problems with ProtectLink

Following a problem with the renewals of protectlink licences on the router, I have tried to carry out a hardware reset. Unfortunately, when trying to log into the router I get a firmware upgrade window. I have also tried to upload the firmware but neither uploading the 1.x nor the 2.x version will allow the router to reboot. Can anybody help with this?

Hi Pierre,

I sent you a series of steps to try via email..But the safest thing to do here is contact your local Small Business Support Center for assistance.
