RV082 hangs, requires power cycle

I have an RV082 installed at a client's workplace.  They have dual internet connections, which work fairly well..  Today the DHCP server stopped leasing out IP addresses. Router responded to ping, but wasn't accessible by WebAdmin.  Internet continued to work for workers whose computers hadn't hibernated over their lunch break.  Power cycling the device immediately fixed the problem.  We had this EXACT problem almost exactly a month ago, with power cycling being the only fix.

Any ideas?  The firmware is the latest offered (, and it seems to work fine otherwise.  If this continues it would seem to me that it's a hardware problem that would be easily fixed by replacement.  The router is only 6 months old.
