RV082 Resolved IP but Can't Ping

I recently purchased a RV082 for a factory to replace the home qualtiy Linksys router that they were overloading. I hooked up the new router and switched it from a gateway to a router. The router gets an IP, gateway and DNS from our ISP(wildblue) and is recieving packets but computers on the network are showing no internet connecting. I checked under the diagnostics and the router can resolve names to ip addresses but it fails the ping test everytime. Computers on the local network can ping each other. I tried disabling the firewall but it didn't have any effect.

I thought maybe the internet was down but after reinstalling the old Linksys router, all the computers were able to get online. Does anybody have any suggestions for what I should try next?
