RV120W ROUTER/FIREWALL

I have a RV 120w router/Firewall.  I need to configure it so it will only allow users on the network to browse to approved websites.

I see where to set a firewall rule to block web traffic.  But I cannot find an area where I can add exceptions to the rule.  Even if I add a website as a trusted site, I still cannot browse to that site.  We are getting all or nothing right now.

Can someone send me a "how to" on blocking all websites that are not approved sites to browse to

I attached the .CFG file that I have now.  There are not too many changes from the default settings.  Sorry for the deley posting this thread, sending my kid off to grad school this week.  Let me know if you need any other info.
