RV180 - CPU ALL the Time 100% Firmware 1.0.4.14

Hi all 

i just get a new RV180 and after upgrade to last ver 1.0.4.14 the CPU is 100% non stop 

i try to stop all Firewall and not working all the time i get "page is loading .... " 

i will try to downgrade to 1.0.3.10 but i must say this is not cisco finest product ...  

any idea ?

Had the same issue (RV180 FW: 1.0.5.4), fixed it by disabling the "WAN Traffic Meter".
