RV180 not responding

                   We have a RV180 V01 that has been updated to firmware. When we try to modify the IPv4 settings the router displays"Please wait...The page is being loaded" and never gets to the settings menu.

The reason we updated the firmware was because when we modifids the IPv4 settings to a a different subnet the router would give us an "Error 404" and not login.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Ron, thank you for using our forum, my name is Luis I am part of the Small business Support community. I apologize for this inconvenience; I think the reason of your issue could be the browser, try using a different browser such as Mozilla, i.e 9.0 in order to resolve this issue. If the issue continues please download again the firmware and upgrade it, then perform a factory reset and configure it manually.
