Hi Joseph, what kind of wireless are you using? Like a Verizon Hotspot or something? This may be very relevant. Also, whatever wireless connection is servicing for a LAN IP? Is it different than your RV180? What is your download/upload speed on the wireless connection? What kind of VPN do you use? IPsec or PPTP? What client? QVPN or something else?

Hi Tom, thank you for your response, basically it was ReyEye IR controller with PPTP connection, very strange, it is abled to ping while not able to connect it.   I am using HK boardband & it should no restrictions, up/download is  arround 30mb.   There is no issue on all the LAN device connection, i wonder LAN & wireless are connected with difference valn in RV180.
