the RV220w should be able to do both site to site and client vpn at the same time.

configuration settings are located on pg 107 of the admin guide.

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/routers/csbr/rv220w/administration/guide/rv220w_ag_78-19743.pdf

It will also do clientless SSL vpn, and PPTP with the microsoft/apple/android builtin client.

I would not recommend quickvpn, it doesn't work on windows8, with symantec, kapersky, etc....

the list of capabilities is here on the data sheet (search for VPN)

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/prod/collateral/routers/ps9923/ps11025/data_sheet_c78-630461.html

hope this helps,

Dan

Thank you Daniel for the follow-up.

A short delay in followup, as this particular RV220W had port forwarding rules active on it for remote RDS access to a Terminal Server. This had the 443 port pointing to the TS and took some messing around to get around this issue.

Wound up using the 60443 on the "remote management" page, and by creating a custom service and pointing this port to the routers internal IP (192.168.1.1) in this case. And for anyone else having this issue, this results in a URL of https://x.x.x.x:60443/portal/SSLVPN to remotely access this from a web browser. And for a point of clarification, the caps on the SSLVPN is required from my testing. If you don't cap, you get a "specified portal does not exist" message on the portal landing page.

Thanks much for the assistance.
