Hello together,
what exaclty is QuickVPN?
Is it a IPSec VPN?
Is it a PPTP?
Is it a SSLVPN?
can I resolve my local hostnames? That means, can I configure a lokal DNS Server?

Hello Dennis,
QuickVPN is an IPSec VPN client connection. There is an option to use remote DNS. In order for this function to work, you would have to have a local DNS server set in the DHCP section of the router. It will use the Primary DNS.

Hello Robert,
thank you for the quick reply.
I do not use the DHCP funktion of the router.
I have a DHCP server in my local network
The DHCP section is set to DHCP relay.
What does the DNS Proxy checkbox mean?

Dennis,
It's not going to work if you're not using the DHCP server within the router.
Router fowards DNS and acts as an Dns proxy.
But using the SSLvpn as i posted in your pervious post should work.
