I have two of the supported USB sticks (D-link DWM-157 and ZTE MF821D) that work on a laptop, but won't work on the RV320 router.
The "USB Connection Status:" reads "3G/4G modem is not available." The sticks are powered up, but the RV320 doesn't seem to be able to interact with either of them. The RV320 sees my USB flash memory sticks and can load firmware from them, so the USB ports work.
I have tried to use the sticks with all available firmware versions, with and without pin query active on the SIM-card.
Edit 12 May.
I tried this with another RV320 and it didn't work either.

andreig,
I didnt see the Huawei E3131 in the Mobile Modem USB broadband compatibility list. Below is the list of all support dongles.
