RV320 will not connect on WAN 1 but does on WAN2

Hi,

 

I have just purchased and installed an RV320, Whilst I am waiting on the second internet line to be installed I have attempted to set it up on a single WAN connection. No matter what I do I cannot get it to connect on WAN1, I have used DHCP, Fixed IP, updated the firmware and looked at many other posts. As soon as I connect through WAN 2 it connected immediately.

 

Is this a bug? do I have a faulty unit?
