rv325 and VOIP Issues

I purchased and installed a rv325. It appears to be working fine except for VOIP calls. We utilize SIP phones (Yealink). The calls can be dialed and answered but the parties can't hear each other. 

I have upgraded to the most current firmware, V1.3.2.02. I have tried enabling/disabling SIP ALG, SPI, DOS and LLDP. Nothing seems to work. 

Is this router simply incapable of working in this environment?
