RV325 - Service Management content disappeared

RV325 (Firmware 1.3.2.02) previously configured with access rules including 1024 for remote management.  Remote management still works. Content for service management has disappeared.  Cannot now add an element for service management or change access rules.  What should I do?  This has occurred on multiple Rv325 devices and not on others all having same firmware?

Hello,

I hope you are doing well, my name is Jonathan and I am part of Small business here at Cisco.

I apologize for any inconvenience with the unit. have you tried different browsers.

-If after trying multiple browsers you are still unable to see the service management content, please check if there are any Pop-up warnings on the browser.

-You can try a reflash of the same firmware version just reupload the file again and test it

-Also you can get a config file as a backup and then try a reset to factory defaults sometimes the images get corrupted and need to be restored again.

feel free to open up a case if you keep having issues to help you further with this.

Thanks.

I was using Chrome and the ridiculous thing is that that is good for the majority of my 7 RV325s. With the ones that don't work, Internet Explorer works.
