RV325 would not reboot

Hi I have RV325 and Motorola SB6183 Modem with Comcast Business Class service.

My RV325 is connected to other RV325 via Site to Site VPN.

My RV325, when it lost VPN connection to other site, GUI screen said connected, and try disconnect, but still said Connected.

and If I press RESTART button, but it would not restart.

Is there other way to restart, other than GUI interface.

I can access RV325 via WAN port and LAN port.

I need to reboot remotely.

Only way to recover VPN is unplug power.

After the unplug then RESTART will work.

It seems RV325 firmware is something wrong.

Any info will help.

Please advise me sooner.

This should have been fixed

This should have been fixed with the  latest Firmware release.

If  you need  to  reboot  it on the old   firmware- restoring it  from  a saved  image will effectively reboot  it.

This  is an old Linksys  workaround.
