I am trying to set up a PPTP VPN in my home (with a Linksys RVS4000 router). I'm using a Mac to connect.
I have enabled the pptp passthrough on the router.
When I try to connect on the Mac, it shows 'connecting' and then 'authenticating' and then appears to be connected. However, I can't sync any files, so I'm not sure if I'm really connected at all.
I called Linksys, but they didn't have much to offer except that Linksys routers didn't always work with macs....
Does anyone have any experience with this? Keep in mind that I'm a beginner, so go easy!

ps - firmware is 1.3.2.0 - which I believe is the latest.
