RVS4000 switching to new internet provider

I am having probems changing the ip address on the router, I am trying to open the web browser at https://192.168.1.1, after entering the user name and password I recieve a 401 unauthorized message. How can I go about changing my IP address. I have my new IP address but cannot get to the next step. Any guidance would be appreciated.
