I recently installed my first production SA-520 and now have a bit of a problem with our client. Here is the basic rundown:
SBS 2003 Standard
Website available publicly from the SBS Server
We replaced their existing Linksys WRT54G device with this. Since that time the LAN is unable to access the website. Only external users are able to do so.
Example: Remote user plugs in http://xx.xx.xx.xx/ccweb/login (Using the WAN address) and logs right in.
Local user types in the very same thing still using the external WAN address from inside the LAN and the http:// automatically bumps to http(S):// and drops to 404 not found error. This is also after a prompt is displayed questioning security certificate validation from the router.
The local LAN user can get there fine by typing the internal server IP address as opposed to the WAN address and gain access no problem as well. The issue is that they like to click to this link from their main site to this one part from the hosted main site elsewhere. The spot they click on is hard-coded with the WAN address so that is what I am trying to get working.
Not sure what is at play here whether it involves the certificate stuff or something in the configuration. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
